Yes. All prices shown on our website include VAT — what you see is exactly what you'll pay. No hidden fees, no surprises.

No. EUROTILE is a fully digital platform and does not operate physical showrooms. This allows us to keep costs low and offer some of the most competitive prices in the UK market by delivering tiles directly from the factory to our customers.

Our images and samples provide a close representation of the tiles, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and natural batch differences. Shade variation is normal in tiles, though the delivered product will be very close to what you see online or in your sample.

Yes, you can order a small quantity. However, a surcharge applies, so bulk-order discounts may not be available.
Samples

Samples can be ordered directly from the product page. Each sample is 15 × 15 cm, chargeable, and delivered within up to 5 working days.

Samples are chargeable for two key reasons:

  • Sustainability – Preparing and shipping samples has an environmental and material cost. Charging helps reduce waste and unnecessary requests.
  • Better decision-making – Our samples are 15 × 15 cm, giving you a realistic view of the tile. Many companies only offer smaller cuts (5 × 5 cm or 10 × 10 cm).

Samples measure 15 × 15 cm and are delivered within up to 5 working days.

Yes. To order larger samples, please contact our support team at support@eurotile.com. A representative will respond within 48 hours to assist you.

Yes. If you place an order for that tile, the sample cost can be refunded. Please note this is not automatic — you'll need to contact support@eurotile.com to request the refund.
Stock & Availability

Currently, our platform does not display live factory stock levels, though this feature will be available soon. In the meantime, if you would like to confirm availability before placing an order, please reach out to support@eurotile.com. We'll respond within 24 hours with the latest stock information.

We source tiles directly from the factory, so stock is usually strong. In the rare case of a shortage, we'll contact you right away to arrange a refund or suggest suitable alternatives.

No, we don't currently offer clearance or discontinued stock.
Delivery

Orders under 30 sqm incur a £150 delivery charge.

Yes, we can deliver tiles directly to your home. Please note this is kerbside delivery only.

Standard delivery takes around 20 working days. Express delivery is available in as little as 10 working days.

No. We currently only deliver on weekdays.

Deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will bring goods to the nearest kerbside point at your property but will not assist with unloading into your home.
Returns & Support

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for partially opened orders.

Please take clear photos and report the issue to support@eurotile.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement.
